The only 2 reasons I gave this hotel 3 stars are because: the BED ruined everything. They have those thin mattresses on a raised metal boxspring. “We arrived we got the room. The first thing that happens is that my 14-year-old daughter gets locked up in the bathroom because the bathroom door did not have a door knob on the inside. She spent anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour locked inside a restroom until they finally came and knocked down the door to get her out, but even then I had to call the front desk about two or three times and recorded the whole situation just to make sure that we don’t get charged for that door. “Hotel was decent. Rooms were dark and have limited lighting. Toiletries were of low quality. The elevator is located at the far end of the hallway. There is a food truck available next to the parking area with good snacks options. Costly for the value. Note: Don’t rely on airport shuttle service. I opted for 3:35am shuttle and it didn’t arrive. I had to board 4:15am one. Luckily I had time for my flight. Also, they dropped far away from the gate.”
