“This was an excellent location for us while we attended our son's wedding at Newport Vineyards, and the rehearsal dinner the night before at Diego's Middletown. The front desk staff was helpful in getting us checked in a little earlier that the 3:00 check-in time. The room was pleasant, and very clean throughout the hotel. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Dining Room manager, Jill, was exceptional. She was pleasant, friendly and helpful. ”

“The property was very clean. Loved the indoor, outdoor pool. Pool also very clean. Hot tub was great, very nice and warm. Had penty of seating outside. Bed and pillows slightly uncomfortable. Didnt have a restaurant to buy any food. Had to go in my car and fine somewhere for at least a sandwitch. But over all very nice hotel.”

“We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! The hotel was clean, the beds were cozy, and the staff was wonderfully friendly. We especially enjoyed the fun pool—it really added to our visit. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. The only thing that could have made it absolutely perfect would be having a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning.”

“Manager jay, was very pleasant also noelle went out of her way to accomodate us after shuttle driver for hotel did not show up twice for us. We had to get rental car back night before she ordered an uber for us and stayed past her 8pm shift till 9 to make aure we were back safe and aound. Next day our flight left at 715 we needed to leave at 5am for airport again no shuttle driver. She made sure airport driver was scheduled for us even though she was not working in am. THANK YOU SO MUCH NOELLE....

“Quando siamo arrivati il riscaldamento era rotto, nel senso che o riscaldava a temperature sopra i 50 gradi o doveva essere spento. Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception che ha fatto spallucce e detto che la mattina dopo avrebbero mandato qualcuno a sistemarlo (ma non e' successo). Il giorno dopo ci siamo poi trovati tutto il giorno chiusi in hotel a causa della tempesta di neve (questo non e' colpa dell hotel) - ma il personale non ha mosso un dito per cercare di alleviare la situazione...

After a long trip accross the country, they were so kind and helpful and got us into our room quickly and with much needed humor and kindness. It was also really quick, cheap and easy to lyft around to the various areas of Providence. Highly recommend.”
