“The front desk reception was incredibly rude ! In particular the2 females with glasses .when I landed from Canada I was so hot with heat exhaustion- I literally begged for a water and was told “ this is not all inclusive go down the street and get one !!!”
I’m allergic to feathers and even though they speak English just fine they REFUSED to give me other pillows !!!
Fridge was not working —- was promised a beutiful view —- room had no balcony and overlooked dirt and overgrown weeds .

“First, the pictures of this house do not do it justice. It is gorgeous in every sense and was more beautiful in person. We lived in the outdoor spaces when we weren’t sleeping- dining in the terrace, hanging out at the pool(s), or on the pool deck watching the ocean with a cocktail or coffee. The host, Jose, was very responsive and timely in responding to my questions before and during the trip. He had some excellent recommendations for dinner but told me Fide and Carmelita’s cooking is so good...
