“l'arredamento della camera ”

“Buon rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Colazione fresca e buona. Il personale parla solo spagnolo.”

“Comodo x la posizione. Room service servito in contenitori e non servizio tradizionale. Molto caro. Il resto ok ”

“The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The 24/7 shuttle to YUL Airport was also very convenient. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Pointe-Claire Village with great walkable restaurants”

“Por favor cambiar las Almohadas! No sé puede dormir!!🙄”

“If you are looking for a budget-friendly place to stay, this is your spot. The spa was under renovations which was disappointing, the space was well maintained, but I did not like where the hotel was located.”

“Installations très belles Certains membres du staff pas du tout gentils, ça se voit qu’ils ne voulent pas travailler, mais shotout aux gens du bar de la piscine excellent service!!! La plage est terrible”

“They were very nice and welcoming. The property was clean and our room was cleaned everyday. Everyone always smiled and greeted us. Would def stay here again!”

“Very old rooms, smell bad, not cleaned properly, old blankets and towels, fine food, good drinks, good pools, good staff, too much teenagers ( screaming all days).”

“Camere vecchio stile !”

“I had a terrible experience. The first night everything was fine, but the following nights were worse. In the room next to mine, the TV would turn on automatically at 2 a.m., making me uncomfortable. Furthermore, drunk people were making a lot of noise, knocking on our door. Disgusting. I asked for a refund at least for the nights I didn't sleep because of the TV (very loud), and they told me they couldn't, that these things aren't their fault and that I'm a light sleeper. Unprofessional...

“It was impossible to open the door of my room so they gave me another one. Even the door of the new room had some issues. Overall, I think the price is too high in relation to quality”
