In the breakfast area outside maintenance crew people were doing food prep, However the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, there was plenty of parking near my room, the breakfast was ok. “We get there they start to put us in a room we hadn't reserved. They did get us in the right room. Maid service wasn't that great don't think they ever came in to check anything. Couch in the room was broke down. No hand soap in the bathroom.”

We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...
