“First time staying at The Colonies and we will definitely stay again next time we’re in Williamsburg. The property is nicely located near the outlets, supermarkets, and restaurants. The pools are great, just the right size to keep an eye on the little ones. And the rooms are spacious and clean, albeit dated. “Great vacation property for the price. The suites are huge and well appointed. The parking is great. Right at your building. Check in was crowded and the pool was crowded too. The grounds need some work. Over all, we loved it. Very comfortable!!”

“We were greeted at the front door by a very gracious lady who showed us where everything was and ended at our room. The room, though not large, was very comfortable and clean and certainly big enough for the two of us. We loved that it was across the street from William & Mary University and went for a walk on campus. Best of all it was a few blocks from Colonial Williamsburg and we could walk there & back.
