The staff went above and beyond to make our trip feel special, the food was wonderful, and everything was incredibly easy and accessible. We made such great memories here and definitely plan to come back!”

“I would definitely stay at this property again. The rooms were impeccable. We made use of the basketball court and the pool. Plenty of food options just 5 minutes from the hotel. Yes, they will try to sell you a timeshare. But, I made my lack of interest clear as soon as I found out I had to get my key from a salesperson's office and they weren't too pushy after that. Staff was easily accessible for questions via text. 10/10. ”

“I wish I could think of one positive thing to say about my stay here. From problems at check in to being unable to contact anyone at the front desk. No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. “The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Can’t comment on the breakfast because we did not eat there. Plenty of parking and easy to get to downtown Williamsburg and the ferry.”

“Warning this property is not pet friendly. I booked it because it was advertised as such and spent an hour on the phone with Expedia after my arrival only to be locked out of my hotel rooms and have to drive 3.5 hours back home the same night. ”
