“We truly enjoyed our stay! This was our first visit, and we were celebrating our little boy’s 6th birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip feel special, the food was wonderful, and everything was incredibly easy and accessible. We made such great memories here and definitely plan to come back!”

“I would definitely stay at this property again. The rooms were impeccable. We made use of the basketball court and the pool. Plenty of food options just 5 minutes from the hotel. Yes, they will try to sell you a timeshare. But, I made my lack of interest clear as soon as I found out I had to get my key from a salesperson's office and they weren't too pushy after that. Staff was easily accessible for questions via text. 10/10. ”

“Don’t book here with Expedia until you read the fine print. Wingate does not comply by Expedia rules and policies. I booked a room, Expedia says free cancellation up to 24 he before stay. I attempt to make changes, Expedia says there’s been a mistake try again. I try in the app twice same issue. I try online, I get a green check. I go about my business. I get an email on the day I supposedly changed asking me how my check in process went 🙄 All in all - my change wasnt processed and no one...

“We chose this hotel for 3 nights because of the location, the suite, and the pool/hot tub. It was close to many good restaurants and shops. The breakfast had a good variety - something for everyone. The staff was friendly and nice. It is a common place to stay for lots of school / tour groups! However, they were well behaved and the walls and floors are well insulated. One complaint is the hot tub was only operational for 2 of our 3 nights and never really hot. The other is the oddly positioned...
