“Staff was very friendly. Price was very reasonable. The room was very clean and comfortable”

“There was a mix up. I was charged twice for the room. The money they charged was refunded. The TV seemed Internet based. I had trouble trying to go to certain channels. The had a nice amenity, such as free drinks, like cappuccino and soda at the Convenience store next door. They were genuinely nice and tried to make their guests feel welcomed.”

“The room was absolutely filthy and I found blood spots all over from bed bugs. I checked in and immediately back out. I asked for a refund and was refused. I asked for paperwork stating my check in and check out time so I could speak with Expedia about a refund and was refused that as well. “The man who runs the front desk is horrible. He has an angry, judgmental demeanor. Do not expect anyone friendly. It’s just this man and you as the customer since there are no other customers. He called and knocked so many times for me to check out it was frightening. He watches you move everything out of the room and immediately takes the key. He made me follow him back to the front desk before he would tell me he is keeping my security deposit for checking out 20 minutes late. This man is...
