“Siamo stati accolti alla reception da un tizio apparso subito scontroso e confuso che ci ha subito detto che non aveva alcuna prenotazione ancor prima che dicessimo il nostro nome. Dopo di che il medesimo ha chiesto il mio documento, che tuttavia non riusciva a leggere senza l'ausilio di una lente. Tutto ciò continuando a blaterare che non aveva prenotazioni mentre digitava compulsivamente sulla tastiera del computer. “Clean rooms. Well kept. Bathroom clean. Bed excellent. Linens comfy. Breakfast was typical continental. Nothing spectacular but does the trick. They were nice to have prepacked muffin, granola bar, and apple juice when going to balloon festival- much appreciated and a nice gesture. Would stay here again!”

“Nice hotel, stayed for just one night with no issues. Young and nice employees.”

“The hotel was amazing, staff was friendly they had security on the property. You needed room key to get access on the elevator. Which made us feel safe. The room was spacious had plenty of room to sit and a desk area. The parking garage gets filled up pretty fast but the property has other places for you to park. With it gated and secured. They do charge for parking $12 a day but its okay because i felt that my car was parking in a safe space. Will stay again if I am ever back in Albuquerque ”
