“Clean room, comfortable bed and the breakfast grab bag was a nice touch.”

“The bed cover had a large burn in the middle of the bed. The bathtub faucet ran continuously wasting water all night. When I pushed the handle to turn the faucet off, the whole assembly moved. I put the bathmat on the floor so that I could keep my feet warm while using the toilet, When I opened the door, the mat was wet from the splatter of the bathtub faucet. I told the front desk about the issue with the faucet, and she wrote it down on the fix-it lists. The next morning, I complained again...

“Place is run on the cheap, room was large. Paper cups, locks installed backwards, no water pressure, close the upper floors to be as economical as possible…”

“The Continental breakfast was much better than the minimum that might be expected.”

“I walked inside the hotel, was greeted by a delightful smell and there was balconies and a glass pane near the elevators where we can see the pool, but, the staff messed up our information. They put us in a 1 king bed room when we asked for a 2 queen, but they switched it up. Checking out took about 30 min. They put us in someone elses room, therefore making the checkout not so nice.”
