“Purtroppo devo lasciare solo tre stelle perché il posto non vale la pena. La prima camera che ci hanno dato era a dir poco scandalosa. Una puzza tremenda appena entrati e molto sporca quasi da non riuscire a dormire da dopo 9 ore di viaggio (venivamo dallo Yellowstone) non ho avuto tempo di chiedere di cambiare che non c’era più nessuno nella reception. Il giorno dopo ho spiegato il tutto e ci hanno dato una camera nuova più decente ma anche qui una leggera puzza. Peccato perché la posizione è...

“Hi there was a lady bartender she was limping and the lady African American who check us in (sorry I am not good with names ) they both exceeded the expectation the other they were ok! the breakfast was good but if some items went out they took long time to refill, so over all our stay was good”

“Hidden small gem in a rustic setting. We stayed in one of the "hotel" like rooms as we were trying to be budget friendly. We were very impressed with the easy check-in, friendly and helpful staff, and updated room. We had a wonderful breakfast in the morning at their on-site restaurant and our server was friendly and provided some very helpful tips for our day's itinerary. Hope we make it back to this area so we can stay there again.”

“This is a new hotel about 10 minutes from downtown Rapid City. Free parking and highway access are definite pluses. It is spacious and modern. It may lack the charm of the Alex Johnson hotel, but it more than makes up for it with convenience. The pool is very small but it does have a nice hot tub. The free breakfast buffet menu changes daily.”

“The location- easy access to everything I needed; the wedding venue etc. my room was very nice- super clean. I had a queen suite and it felt like home. Just loved it! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!”

“Old hotel with character. Room not great. Uncomfortable bedding and bath area awkward. Sink vanity was in entry and shower in a jacuzzi tub. Love the props through property on Teddy Roosevelt. Ice and vending very convenient. Delicious breakfast provided. Parking was awful.”

“This property would be great for someone visiting the area. It is centrally located, and has a pretty functional kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows. Unfortunately, we were just passing through as part of a very long trip that included arriving late and leaving early. They're not really set up for that with the office closed 7pm to 7am. The cabin worked well for us and our 2 dogs, but the fee was a bit high.”

“This hotel is a little tired & worn but it was clean. Our beds were made every day. Breakfast was fine. The parking was not good, especially the second floor. Very tight. Location great for what we needed. Our bathroom door was locked one day when we got back. The front desk was very responsive but my husband was able to get it open with the flathead screwdriver in his Swiss Army knife before the gentleman got there. Staff we saw were very nice.”
