Quiet and clean
Love the quiet neighborhood. The room was very clean and well stocked with coffee and tea. Owner is very responsive when I reached out to her. This was our third time staying here.

The right pillows plus
Janet, your gracious host is SO Thought Full! She has provided 6 Different kinds of Pillows (including memory foam). I found one that was just Purrrfect for me. She is so helpful, and offered me more waters and Kind bars when I ran out of her initial supply in the kitchenette. SBUX coffee! Fridge, Micro, Fireplace with remote. TV with every kind of channel you could think of (Prime, Netflix, Roku....). Wow, Wow, Wow. Janet is a 5 star host. All was very clean and quiet for a good nights rest. Hotel quality bathroom and personal products! Highly recommend!

Good simple digs for a short stay
Stayed 3 days in the area for some guided trips. Location was close to restaurants etc. The only issue was that hot water generally didnt last for a shower.

Perfect for us !
The place was in a great neighborhood and basically exactly as described in the listing. Janet was very attentive and a wonderful host. We appreciated the homey atmosphere and will for sure be booking with her again. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay !

Sweet Spot
It was easy to find, very clean and cozy. Nicely furnished and equipped. The black-out curtains were very nice when we were trying to sleep in. The bathroom and shower were very nice. We got to see our daughter in a play at the Redding Performing Arts Center that was much better than we expected - very fun and highly enjoyable. It was a great weekend!

Pleasant stay
I had a lovely stay at this property. Room was cozy and clean. I was so thankful for the coffee and snacks as I got in late and couldn’t get any food as everything was already closed. Easy access to the neighborhood and to the room were also a plus.

No hotel
Clean and quiet in a friendly neighborhood. People living their daily lives...feels like home. Apartment had everything I needed. My host Janet was the best "neighbor". Definitely would stay again!

Little gem in Redding
This sweet little cottage is exactly as described, in fact better! It was so clean and all the little extras Janet includes make it exceed 5 stars! The location is great, close to everything, but situated in a quiet neighborhood. Janet is a wonderful and caring host. She’s attentive, does what she can to make your stay the best, but makes sure you have privacy. This is my favorite place to stay in Redding (my 2nd stay here) and look forward to a return stay.

A Beautiful and Wonderful Stay
This place was perfect for my husband and I. We had everything we needed and the decor and ambience of the place was clean, modern, updated, and very peaceful. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Lots of loving touches and beauty throughout. HIGHLY recommend this place and we will be staying here again in the future.

Great home base
This was a great apartment to use as a home base to explore the area. Clean, quiet, easy to get to. All the amenities I was looking for. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, peaceful, clean
Definitely will come here again. Great place to stay, love that it had a microwave, a spot to park, and to make coffee and plenty of lightning. We were close to many food places around like sprouts market and vitality bowl.

Lovely little studio apartment
Wonderfully quiet, clean, well appointed studio with private entrance and private bath and beautiful shower, microwave, fridge and Keurig. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very accomodating. We hope to come back again!

Great place for 2!
We enjoyed our stay here as we were passing through Redding on our way to San Francisco. Not only was the space clean, but all the right amenities were provided with a mini fridge, microwave, and plates/utensils.

Redding Paradise
A lovely place on a quite residential street just a hop, skip and jump from everything. Loved having fresh coffee in the morning after waking up from a great sleep on a comfortable queen size bed with luxuriously soft sheets. We loved the place!

We were out and about most of the time in while in Redding visiting our grandkids. This place had everything we needed for our short stay. If was very clean which is something I’m very picky about.

Great place to stay
We enjoyed the stay and everything was just as expected. Very clean and it was with in min to my son home so it worked out very nice. Great location and very quiet. We would stay here again when we come back to Redding.

The host is amazing: responds quickly and is available to answer questions. Great privacy and very comfortable! The space is peaceful and pleasing. Everything you need is there. Also, the location is great-close to the grocery store, not far from restaurants, and easy access to the freeway. We had a great stay!

A Nook in the North

Wonderful property
We had a very lovely week staying at the property and Janet was over the top friendly and helpful. She made our stay so comfortable and easy because of her accommodating spirit and willingness to make us feel at home. I would recommend her and the property to anyone!
