“The one bed in our room had a large sinkhole in the mattress, which made it difficult to sleep. I told that lady at reception at check out. All she said was, "I will let housekeeping know". No discount on the room rate was offered (we were there for two nights). Very disappointing as a Hilton member.”

“Upon entering I thought the hotel was new but I was wrong. It was built 8 years ago . The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Our room was impeccable- clean and spacious . Everything looked new . Obviously maintenance is high on the staff’s list . All amenities were clean & open. Breakfasts were good and varied- we stayed 3 nights. There was ample free parking. All in all I enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to people who decide to visit the Niagara Falls...

It’s super cozy, easily fits the 7 of us, nicely contained so children can’t escape the property, has a great pool that’s warm, a splash pad and a basketball court. It’s also really close to Niagara on the lakes main road. Great staff and great manager! Whenever we go we always wish we booked longer.”
