“I always like to use the indoor pool. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool as the steps into the pool were very slippery and felt like they had not been brushed down recently. I had to hold onto the railing which didn't quite reach over the last step. I felt insecure stepping onto the last step. It was the same getting out. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverbend Inn. The hotel and restaurant staff/management provided great service which exceeded our expectations. The breakfast (especially the fresh baked croissants) was delicious. They were very knowlegeable about the wineries in the region. The shuttle service made it easy to get around. It was a peaceful quiet location away from the tourist areas. We would definitely return to the Inn again.”

“Our second visit to Kent Motel. We booked three nights, and had a queen bed and sitting area on the second floor. The property is even better this time than a couple years ago. Our room was roomy, very clean and comfortable. Great little spot half way between Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. Quiet. Staff very accommodating. There is a secure shed for bicycle lockup which was important to us. A guest pantry offers free ice, water for water bottle, coffee, tea and a toaster. There...

“Room was fine, good size. Washroom was smaller than expected. Breakfast was disappointing. Staff was great. Super friendly and helpful. I needed a shower cap but they were out which was really unfortunate as that is something hotels should really be able to provide.”

“The room was very neat and clean. The staff is so friendly. The parking lot is spacious. The kitchen was spacious and convenient to use. The kids really liked this facility, too. It was great that there were so many washing machines, but the payment system was a little complicated. If I remember correctly, the system required you to add more money to your card or app than necessary just to use the machines. However, the washing machines themselves were very convenient to use.”
