“A gorgeous property 30-40 mins from the airport / San Juan - but with everything on site including multiple restaurants, pools, bikes, tennis, water sports, kids club and a lovely beach. The staff are what make this property so good - the kindness, care, and attention from all staff was excellent. We had some sunny days and some rain, but the resort was always in excellent condition, even after severe rainfall. 12/10, would stay here again. ”

“I picked the Surfing Turtle based upon positive reviews but I definitely didn’t have a good experience. I guess someone has to draw the short straw. That was me - my room faced the very BUSY and LOUD road that was about 4 feet from the door. The loud music from nearby clubs went on late into the night. “La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio . Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

“It was convenient for an overnight stay since it is in the San Juan airport. They need to let their guests know that the parking for the hotel is in the airport parking lot. They do not validate the parking ticket. Nothing fancy but they also have a restaurant on the property. Again, convenient for tired travelers.”

“Don’t let those pictures fool you, our condo was amazing. It is three floors, two large big balconies one overlooking the pool one overlooking the marina. We stayed directly across from the pool. The free parking was right down the street. It has a washer and dryer to full bathrooms two bedrooms it was awesome. Great location very close to a lot of things to do. “Overall, it was a good place to stay due to its great location. Our room's wiring was strange, and breakfast was chaotic. Needing a room key to access the outside patio to eat breakfast (not enough tables/room inside) is ridiculous and hard to do.”

“Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.”

“The staff went above and beyond!!! They were friendly and they held our luggage for us until we could check-in at 4:00PM. We loved the shower and we definitely would come back to stay there!”

“Great hotel with excellent location. But be aware that it is a boutique hotel. Only two small elevators for the whole hotel. You can hear everything in your room, your neighbors and everything going on outside. Walls are paper thin. But overall, good. ”
