“Room and breakfast were good ”

“Perfect family destination with a ton of activities to do on the property. The amenities were in great shape. We loved the large pool, waterslides, and lazy river and appreciated that they weren't too deep for our 6 year old. We also took in pickleball, the nature trail, evening bonfires with s'mores and meals at JB's. This place is a gem and super close to Sea World. It was also an easy commute to downtown San Antonio to enjoy the Riverwalk and the Alamo. ”

“Me cobraron doble estancia, me cobran 100 dls extra al momento de registrarme, y luego al hacer el check out, me dicen que me regresaran a la tarjeta los 100 dls, y no solo no regresaron los 100 dlss si ko que me vuelven a cobrar el hospedaje mas 100 dlss de deposito”

“Room was ok, smelled moldy tho. Beds were NOT very comfortable. Floors leading to the rooms were dirty. When we got up to go down forcdinner someone had allowed there dog to poop in the hallway. Breakfast was ok, but the turkey patty was ice cold. It was very very average. I personally will not be staying there again ”

“Nuestra estancia aquí fue realmente EXCELENTE, si pudiera ponerle más de 5 estrellas lo haría , la habitación impecable, las amenidades perfectas, el desayuno perfecto, las camas super cómodas, el servicio y atención del personal fue impecable, recomendaría 100% este hotel, la cocina es perfecta ! Viajando con hijos es realmente útil tener un refrigerador grande, estufa y microondas. me volvería a hospedar sin duda 🤗🤗🤗”

“We asked staff not to enter while we were out, and they did anyway ”

“First impressions beautiful, yet they were in the process of updating and so a little painting and caulking in the bathroom, would’ve made a difference. The bed was nice but I didn’t realize I am allergic to down bedding so next time I will request synthetic bedding. The front desk staff were excellent! Friendly and welcoming and helpful at all times. The restaurant was nice. My food was good I had Pesto Linguine with added chicken. but my husband was not happy with his meal. From the...

“The room was dirty the fridge was broken. Staff was nasty cause the room was dirty . It had roaches ”

“Parking was good but you do have to pay nightly fee—$8. Breakfast is the best I’ve had anywhere. Staff pleasant. Always a good stay. They were painting back of building so pool and spa were all chained up. A bit disappointing as we were there a week. ”

“They didn’t have housekeeping room was in terrible condition there was no one at check in waited for 30 minutes before we could find some one. Really bad experience. No parking always full horrible ”
