Hotel vicino a Riserva di West Hartford - West Hartford

“Ho trascorso una settimana a cavallo di Capodanno perchè un mio amico americano abita nei paraggi. L'albergo è in una zona tranquillissima, non certo turistica in sè, non lontana dalla capitale Hartford, ma comunque, come la maggior parte degli Stati Uniti, non è facile girare senza un mezzo di trasporto. Se si ha bisogno di un albergo come punto d'appoggio per poi girare per il Connecticut, è semplicemente ottimo.”

“Propert was clean, our room had a few minor issues, furniture needed maintenance. Breakfast is a grab n go. Coffee and nutrigrain bar. No milk so mindful if you drink tea, coffee mate was only available. Check-in is very restricted to 3pm. With rooms having kitchens, lots of cooking smells filter through the hotel. Staff were helpful, and friendly. Would stay again.”

“Do not stay here. Absolute scam. I am a nurse and mother of five. I traveled from home to Woodsprings in 2.5 hours in traffic and 85 degree weather…. In a broken car AC. When I finally arrived at 8:30PM the woman behind the counter said “your room isn’t ready yet.” She then told me the TV and the AC in my room did not work!! “The staff was nice great breakfast gorgeous pool”

“A clean place to sleep. A maintenance issue came up and the staff dealt with it appropriately. traffic noise was loud outside, but not disturbing inside although I was not on the highway side of the building.”

“The entrance had caution tapes. The room was very dirty and dusty with the beds being stained and the sink being filthy. The bathtub knob was broken and did. it drain properly so the water would fill up the tub. The device was unacceptable because the front desk lady was rude and impatient even. I asked to leave a day early and was informed I would get a refund and I did not. It was VERY overpriced for what was presented online. I do NOT recommend anyone staying here.”
