Hotel a River Pines

“The motel is still being refurbished. Pool was open newly redone very nice. Owners are extremely nice.”

“Room was clean and did not smell like cleaning products. TV was difficult to turn on. Breakfast should have included sausage or bacon. Hot sauce for the artificial scrambled eggs would be a good idea. Gravy was only served one day during my stay. Host was gracious.”

“It was passable, but don't set your expectations very high. The carpet didnt lay flat, and the flooring by the tub curling up. It's seen better days. The breakfast is only a prepackaged Svenhard's Danish. No prepared coffee with breakfast so you have to make it yourself in the room with the small machine. Next time we go wine tasting in the area we'll be looking for something a little better.”

“It was an amazing stay, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the outside was amazing, the locals were incredibly friendly, the music room was awesome and I definitely recommend everyone to give this hotel a chance, it was probably my favorite one to stay at and given the beautiful surrounding areas makes it that much better”

“The bed was a stack of foam pads that offered no support and constantly sucked me in to the middle of the bed, which had even less support. I think someone urinated in the air conditioning system, every time it cycled on the whole room stank of urine. I am sure we could have complained but it was late and we were tired. “This little cabin was perfect! You can see the main house from the driveway and front door, but with the direction of the home and an umbrella, you feel like you're all by yourself in the woods. There are some pups, but they were well behaved and didn't come around often. This is a great little cabin—perfect for a 2 person get-away—with all the amenities you will need.
