“The location was convenient for our needs. It was quiet. The listing did not let you know that you had to leave your room for your “private “ bath. The listing stated there was air conditioning, there was a fan. Wayne was friendly and personable.”

“Property is well kept. Smells amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and replenished as needed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Parking garage is a plus and location was easily accessible and quiet. Would stay again”

“good travel hotel”

“Best that can be said is that it was clean. The shower was ok. No on-site staff, we had to check in using a Ring doorbell and bad phone connection. The baseboard heat control required me to get on the floor and crawl into the corner of the room behind the fridge. And the room didn’t look at all like the picture on Expedia. Stay here if you have no other choice.”

“Lovely grounds, well maintained rooms, very pleasant staff and excellent breakfast, and the main house is a beautiful vintage estate house. I stayed in a separate building with a relaxing common area. It would have been nice to have coffee/tea available in room or in the common area (rather than have the short walk to the office area) to get coffee in the morning, particularly in inclement weather.”

“This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The facility is very nice and great value, friendly staff, nice rooms will definitely come back here again on my business trips to Hartford and Farmington.”

“It gets the job done for an overnight stay. Very close to Bradley International Airport and lots of dining choices nearby. The A/C worked great and bed was comfortable. Room was clean. On the negative side, it’s very dated and could use a total refurbish. Don’t bother with the free breakfast. Other than juice and coffee, sparse offering of maybe a bagel and maybe cereal. I didn’t look very hard as there was not much to see there. Easy check-in and check-out and plenty of free parking...

“Nice room, comfy bed , facilities clean. Building old and the room had a musty smell . Otherwise, we would return when back in the area.”

“We got there and there was an issue with us checking in. We paid for the room in advance and had to pay the deposit when we got there. We got into the room and there was a dirty wet towel on the bathroom sink and the tub looked gross. At 8 am we were abruptly woken up by housekeeping banging on the door as if it was the cops with a search warrant. Which that happened because of the check in issue. Go downstairs to find out breakfast was not being held but no one informed us at check in the night...

“Propert was clean, our room had a few minor issues, furniture needed maintenance. Breakfast is a grab n go. Coffee and nutrigrain bar. No milk so mindful if you drink tea, coffee mate was only available. Check-in is very restricted to 3pm. With rooms having kitchens, lots of cooking smells filter through the hotel. Staff were helpful, and friendly. Would stay again.”

“The rooms smelled awful, and the people at the establishment were scary! I couldn’t stay I had to leave and I can’t get my money back. They wouldn’t accommodate me for a non-smoking a month.”

“Chose to stay here because I had an early flight the next day. Price point was good. Room clean but somewhat worn and outdated. Bed, pillows and linens in good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. check in/out was smooth. Staff pointed out places to eat that were nearby. Transportation to airport was arranged and on time as was my wake-up call. Vending machine was mostly empty.”
