“Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!”

“My partner and I booked pretty last minute after staying in a disaster budget hotel and this place was a godsend. The parking lot has plenty of space and if you're nervous about the narrow driveway, there's plenty of street parking. I booked through a third party and I think that's why I had issues with check-in - the info is supposed to unlock once you're within check-in time and complete the pre-check-in survey, but it didn't unlock for me - however I emailed the owner and got it sorted out...

“Super cute and affordable little place just right for 1-2 people. Centrally located and within a few minutes to all the downtown things we needed(Rhodes College for baseball, my son's hotel,) and we even spent an evening on Beale St. It was a quiet neighborhood for the most part. Private parking behind the building was convenient with easy access to the unit. ”
