“My experience at this Holiday Inn location on 05/02/26 around 11:00 a.m. was completely unacceptable. The front desk attendant was not at her post and appeared to be hiding in a back office. I only received assistance after asking a housekeeping employee in the coffee area, who had to go into the office to locate her. Guests should not have to track down staff just to get basic service. When she finally came out, her attitude was openly rude and dismissive. She provided vague, minimal answers...
