“Everything was great but the elevator to the Lookout at the top of the Pyramid was down due to renovations. Little disappointed we weren't informed of that during the booking process. Other than that we had an awesome stay”

“The AC unit in the room rattled loudly, there was no clock at all, no microwave or note pad and pen. The hotel did not provide even a continental breakfast and the onsite restaurant was very expense. The pool was nice, but no hot tub. However, the room was quite and clean. ”

“Absolute wonderful location, just a block from Beale St. and a short walk to downtown to the north, the National Civil Rights Museum by the Lorraine Motel to the south, and multiple restaurants along Main St. to the west. The NBA Memphis Grizzlies and the Rock & Soul Museum are across the street. Sun and Stax Record Studio Museums are just 1 and 2 miles away. Hotel staff were welcoming and warm. ”
