“We had a great experience. Only concern is that the front desk was never staffed and we had to call for someone to check in and to ask a question at check out.”

“I reserved a nonsmoking room through Expedia. They put me in a smoking room without telling me. I immediately had a reaction to the smells. The hotel was sold out of nonsmoking rooms and would not refund me because I booked through Expedia. I was in town for a conference and had to commute an hour away to find lodging. Expedia has not refunded me.”
