“l'appartamentino 401 è carino e ben attrezzato, ma la finestra del bagno, che è molto piccolo, non si apre, e quando ho fatto notare alla responsabile che non era accettabile per una struttura che costa 309 dollari a notte , mi ha risposto che nessuno si è mai lamentato. Inaccettabile !”

“Ottima guesthouse; camera ben arredata e letto king size comodo. Abbastanza vicina a Duval street alla quale è possibile arrivare in 10 minuti di cammino. Colazione inclusa ma tutti prodotti confezionati. Prezzo alto ma comunque sono stato bene.”

“Great place to stay, convenient location, easy to get around the area, very nice/clean pool. The ONLY thing I can say as constructive feedback is that there is t any sort of welcoming book/information to say 'heres where ice is, grocery store down the street, etc'. The contact person was super helpful getting us into the room (door lock takes a min to get used to). Our room didn't have a kitchen feature, would choose that room if we stayed there again. Overall really good experience!”

“The bathroom in room 8 does not have an exhaust fan so bathroom smells always go into the bedroom. Even though there is room for a couple of chairs in the bedroom, none are provided. The balcony light does not have a switch to turn it on. Parking is rarely available. Do not bring a car or rent one.”

“Very nice room with private bath, A/C, ceiling fan, and a private balcony. Pool area was quiet and secluded. Only 14 rooms so never felt crowded. Location is perfect—centrally located and we walked everywhere ,Just one block from Duval street , Could always come back, relax by the pool, then head back out. Great stay overall. Easy 5 stars”
