“Yes you are on the ocean, yes there are docks, and yes you are centrally located for activities. Cottage was clean but very dated and not well kept. It is not private, we had people walking and driving in and around us throughout the day. We did bring a dog, which is why we liked the private description, but it was not and he spent a lot of time barking when we were there. “We loved Ocean's Edge! The pools were beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were nice and spacious although I wish there was more space for clothing. The amenities were awesome- we took advantage of the free kayaking but also did the mangrove Kayak tour with Andy and it was great- he was so informative and took us through a lot of amazing mangroves. “The property was as advertised and close to the amenities we wanted. The host was very attentive and responded to our texts promptly. The house was not very clean. Food under couch cushions, hair on the bathroom walls, hair stuck on the wall behind the kitchen sink, mouse poop in a kitchen drawer, crusties on the bed sheets, stains on the couch and chair, back door would not lock, active wasp nest above the back door. ”
