Hotel a Roosevelt

“Room was clean. Staff were very nice. We have stayed here several times and never had any problems.”

“This hotel was beautiful, from the second we arrived which was late at night to the lady who was putting out the breakfast the next morning everything was absolutely amazing. The rooms which had a connecting door was so clean and tidy. We had wifi and air conditioning which was great as it was so hot.”

“The area was okay. The property not maintained under previous management team. The pool was closed during July 4th. Our reservation was booked showing pool availability. No notified us. One grill was working and thank God we had our own grilling tools. The backdoor to parking your car doesn't work, look under the door is rotten with holes for everything to enter in the building. Front desk will not tell you the door key doesn't work. The microwave not working, the room not prepared properly the...

“Upon arrival they have us keys to our room. Once we walked in the rooms was not cleaned. The receptionist did resolve this by giving us another room, however my Daughters room was not ready until after 4 although check in was at 3:00. Otherwise no complaints”

“The front desk was very professional. The room was clean, especially the bathrooms. Some of the cabinets were showing wear and tear but that's to be expected in a hotel of this age. However, a planned hotel rebuild is schedule in November 2026. The baggage carts were well maintained. No rust spots and the wheels were not wobbly. The breakfast counters were well stocked, cleaned, and wipe down 2 - 3 times while I was there for a little over an hour.”

“Everything was was clean and tidy as you would expect, the staff were always very helpful and accommodating, our room was pretty good for layout and overall decor, the bed was comfortable, use of on site washing machines and tumble dryers was good at $1.50 for a cycle with $10 rolls of quarters available at the reception, I couldn't complain at anything really, especially not for the price we paid.”
