Hotel a Rose Hill

“Clean, but rundown. I would not stay more than a night or two. It has the bare necessities (bed, bathroom, small table and chairs, small microwave and refrigerator, and tv). There were cracks along the corners of the floors, a stain on the sheets, and the A/C unit was incredibly loud. Okay for a night, not for an extended stay. The front desk worker was very nice!”

“Ended up I did not stay after walking in to my 2nd floor room and seeing a cockroach on the floor along with dirt. I asked for my money back and they gave it to me without hesitation (a positive). Sidewalks and stairways were dirty; definitely a property that is not kept after.”

“The staff here is friendly and helpful. 5 stars for staff. The amenities -- bathroom stuff, TV, and so on -- are very basic. Which is not surprising, given the low price. The beds were comfortable. And the staff was also good at maintaining/cleaning the room.”

“70% of the property was under construction and none of the onsite amenities or breakfast were available. Instead we were provided access to breakfast and amenities at another hotel. Hotel elevator (1 on each side) was constantly being held by construction crews and contractors moving furniture. Stairs were an issue too as the railing was broken off the wall.”

“This place was hands down the best place we have stayed in. The entire place is spotless! you can see it as you are driving to it. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Over the phone and in person. The gentleman who checked us in, pronounced my last name correctly. That was big for me since in most locations there is no Spanish speaking people. The Kitchen staff was on point! The ladies would help us pick up our plates; they had that breakfast hot and ready. I loved that the breakfast area was...
