“Good waffles ”

“Toaster didn't work - Breakfast was hot.”

“Great hot breakfast! Like new facility, fresh total remodel inside & out. ”

“The bathtub was dirty and did not drain very well. The beds were great and so was the breakfast.”

“Room bathroom door would not close due to top hinge screws loose. Talked to front desk and got a Phillips head screw driver but door wood was stripped and would not tighten. Asked for a different room but they had no more king rooms. I told front desk we would deal with bath door issue. Shower head in bath was lower than 5 feet and had to stoop to wash hair.”

“Breakfast MNonday 3-23-26 was terrible. Egg omelette an:potatoes;sliced sausage was no good. Muffin was good. 3 morningsd ina row the No caffeine coffe was either too strong or cold!. In Bight mgr , instead I will fix it, only had a excuse for the reason it was.?”

“Rooms was not clean and they did not clean them once while we was there. There was 2 bath towels in room upon arrival. I told staff 4 of us so we need 2 more towels they wouldnt give them to us”

“Gunshots in the parking lot right outside my daughter's family's window, followed by huge police presence, a murder and one seriously injured. The police questioned my daughter & son in law. We have stayed here many times, but this was the last. The Speakeasy behind the hotel makes it an unsafe area. ”

“They advertise pool and hot tub but neither was operational. Water in both was ice cold. They said the heater was broke. But they couldn't tell me this before driving 13 hours? No text. No email. They tell you when you arrive. It's misleading and a refund or discount should be applied. Staff said the manager would call me...they haven't. ”

“Bread had mold. The juice machine was out of order. No orange juice.”
