“The hotel was adequate to my needs. It’s no frills when it comes to the room. No Kleenex holder in the bathroom, no hand towels (just bath towels and wash cloths), no amenities like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, no carpet, no hairdryer, and no curtains just blinds. Room felt humid even though AC was on. The staff was very nice, and pleasant. The room was moderately clean. ”

“The check-in Lady, I don't recall her name, was so helpful and courteous - she taught me that going through Expedia, I am not getting Hilton Points...so I now have a choice to make...she also helped me get ice for food stuffs that I had in my car, as I was making a three day trip from Florida to Connecticut - we will stay here again next year.”

“Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. The hotel is near great. food and shopping. Front desk Staff was professional and courteous. Cleaning staff was okay. Kitchen staff needs to be more attentive to the buffet. Customers had to continually request items to be replenished. Breakfast was provided but ran out of key items (waffle mix) each morning. Food station was replenished but took a little time.”
