“First room smelled like dirty socks and sweat, no water pressure, the breakfast was French toast sticks. Was really not impressed ”

“Staff was friendly. My wife had bed bug bites in the morning.”

“First night was fine. Room was clean and updated vs the hallways. We had 4 people and 4 keys. When two people returned to the room neither of their keys worked and they had to go to the front desk to get them reactivated. When the other two people arrived later their two keys didn't work as well so they had to go to the front desk, not once, not twice, but three times before the keys worked and they could get in. I would also like to mention that in all the times we had to reactivate our keys...

“Sleep Inn & Suites was not good. Dirty room, I don't think they ever cleaned the bathroom. Staff was using off language around my young grandson. Not professional.”

“My second stay at Cobblestone. Love the friendly and helpful staff and clean property. Breakfast was good and filling. The only problem I had was trying to understand how the TV channels worked (lol), but I watch too much TV anyway. Will stay there again if I'm in the area.”

“No one came to front desk, had to call hotels number to get someone. Sidewalks weren’t shoveled and were extremely hard to walk on. Our bathroom door knob was hanging off, the tv screen was blurry even after trying to adjust settings, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the “fresh” towel hung over the ledge of the bathtub had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. Worst experience we’ve ever had. This trip was not for leisure, it was a hospital stay so we only needed the room to...
