“Greetings. The location can’t be beat. The apt is a typical basic 2nd floor walk up. The building area could be a bit cleaner but the cleaning crew of the apartment is quite good. The place does seem clean. Bathroom and shower area worked well, with clean shower curtain. The apartment is fine for a few days stay, and quite frankly what you can expect for a basic NYC apartment… not renovated, not deluxe, but basic.. and the neighborhood makes up for it. “Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest.”
