Una grande camera da letto matrimoniale, letto king size, con porte scorrevoli rosse, divano letto di fascia alta, letto queen size, nel soggiorno più due letti gemelli configurati in un divano letto. Biancheria di fascia alta. Cucina completamente attrezzata, lavastoviglie, angolo pranzo per quattro. Bagno con doccia / vasca. Lavanderia completa con portacrib e fasciatoio. Seggiolone. WiFi, cavo Comcast, TV a schermo piatto. Amazon Alexa music. Incantevole patio privato con tavolo e quattro sedie, ombrellone e prato. Griglia a carbone Webber. Parcheggio. Questo cottage è costruito su una tenuta di 1. 3 acri nel quartiere di Arden Oaks a Sacramento. My daughter graduated from high school and I rented this cute little cottage for my in-laws to stay. They loved it! They walked the neighborhood every morning and sat outside on the front patio. They both said it was very comfortable. My mother in law is already thinking about when they can come out again and stay in the cottage because she liked it so much.

We absolutely love staying here. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if all home rentals were this good. Sally goes out all out to make sure it is fully stocked with everything you may need during your stay. The cottage is extremely clean, very homey and the neighborhood is fantastic. We will be back!

This was the most fully appointed rental we've ever experienced. The kitchen, bath, and bedroom spaces had everything we needed, so it was a truly relaxing stay. The host was kind and very flexible, and the property private, quiet, and nicely landscaped.

My husband and I loved the cottage. It was clean and beautifully decorated! The owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable from lots of towels to seasonings of every kind. We have stayed at a number of VRBO's and this is our favorite!

A beautiful cottage filled with everything you might need. Extra towels, all the kitchen utencils you would ever hope to use, spices in the cupboard, a quart of milk in the frig!! A park-like yard with a table and chairs, perfect for a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. Secluded and private. Enjoy the squirrels and wild turkeys.

Sally's cottage is absolutely wonderful. She is a great host, and was very responsive to our questions. Check in was very easy. The cottage itself is beautiful, spacious, well equipped, and clean. The neighborhood is lovely, and we enjoyed several walks. I highly recommend Sally's cottage. We will be back.

Sally's cottage is an rural oasis in a quiet tree filled neighborhood. Her cottage is very comfortable and has all the elements providing for a short or long term stay. We will definitely plan to stay when we visit relatives in the Arden-Arcade area. We recommend it highly.

This cottage sits on a 1.5 acre lot detached from Sally's beautiful home. The gardens were just blooming beginning of March with hundreds of different flowers and shrubs, giant Redwoods, 60' tall lined our driveway, Italian cypress, birch trees and palms are interspersed with hedges around the property all maintained weekly by a friendly crew. The entire subdivision is filled with exquisite homes and beautiful yards that made our daily walks, treats, leaving us looking forward to our next outing. The cottage is clean, quiet and the furniture is comfortable, especially the king size bed. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. Sally the owner is a wonderful person and great host. We will try to arrange to stay here in the future when we are visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely guest cottage! So much nicer than staying in a hotel, and a quick drive to stores and restaurants. It was really clean, inviting, and the decor was great! I could tell that the owners had fun designing it. All the comforts of home, quiet, and tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood. Comfy beds and pillows, a backyard. All the pans/utensils we needed for cooking, a washer and dryer. The coffee was awesome! Nice touches like reading lamps, and clear instructions. Host was gracious and responsive. Even though it is on the same property as the hosts, we were given complete privacy.

We last stayed in this comfortable country cottage six years ago. I have wanted to return for some time so was happy to see that the cottage was still available. I was impressed that the cottage was very clean, comfortable and looks brand new. The neighborhood and setting are in a beautiful neighborhood, right in the heart of the north area. Sally makes the whole process seamless and stress less. I plan to make this a homebase whenever we need to be in Sacramento for more than one day.
