This 3-bedroom house, featuring 2 full bathrooms including a spacious master bedroom, caters to your comfort.


The space

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a large island, a cozy living room complete with a fireplace, plush furniture, and a TV for your entertainment. Stay connected and entertained with high-speed internet and Netflix. The convenience continues with a new washer/dryer in our laundry room, complete with detergent.

Located near a community park, our home is surrounded by an array of restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets, ensuring everything you need is within reach. Ideal for visitors, families, business groups, and executives, this home is not just a place to stay, but a relaxing escape tailored to busy professionals.


Guest access

Guest has access to the whole house minus the garage.
Features:
- Key-less entry with door code upon arrival.
- Free Internet Wi-Fi.
- Family Room: Netflix, ethernet cables.
- Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers.
- Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner, soap.
- Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent and softener.
- Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking

Check-in: 5 pm.
Check-out: 11 am.


Other things to note

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- Noise aware working 25/7
- We don't allow visitors from our guests for our security.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking (Important: reservation may be cancelled)
- The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during summer season. (Pool is not heated)
-You can use and swim at the pool at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.

To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
