“Tv didn’t work.. staff couldn’t even fix it ”

“Room had a loud dripping noise coming from the bathroom ceiling vent all night, and the bathroom door would not close all the way to isolate it. My keycard didn't work the first time and I had to get it reprogrammed. I had no instructions given to me as to how to check out, and there was no drop box or the like for my keycards when I left before staff was there in the morning.”

I had to walk up a hill behind the hotel to find a small patch of grass every time my dog needed to go. They put me in a room that wouldn’t cool off. “The entrance was hard to find because it's in the back! Nicely lit parking lot! And the place is clean inside.”

“Location is great but the room was very small. Nice stay for one night but I don’t think I’d like a long stay there.”

“Really nice hotel with a great workout room and pool, 5'1 ft is the deepest. Breakfast was really good, with a diy waffle maker and biscuits and gravy. The sraff is always friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms and lobby area. Overall pleased. We visit this hotel often. ”

“It was a place to rest my head, but not very inviting or comfortable. No comfortable chair to sit in except the desk chair, which leaned back so far I thought I would fall over. There were black ants all over the night stand. Saw two when I sat down. The next morning there were like 40 of them all over and in my glass of tea.😳”
