“The AC was not working and the TV didn’t even have internet. The staff said I will need to wait till the morning for a solution. I left at 4am it was hot in the room”

“It was really sketchy feeling when people living there are roaming the halls and making interesting noises in the night. Seemed like a halfway house hotel. Not going to lie! I walked into my room when I first got there and there was a nasty smell in the room which did not go away the entire stay. I decided to room with my friend at her hotel bc of how creepy it felt. Not a recommendation for anyone to go there. I did not feel comfortable! The breakfast sucked too and was completely under done!...

“The staff were friendly and accomodating. The king bed was lumpy and sagged in the middle. Not a big deal but the condiment packets by the coffee maker we're opened and used. All else good for a last minute emergency booking.”

“No cinnamon buns. The only thing that sets Holiday Inn Express apart from other mediocre breakfasts. No recognition from the staff for gold member status. Had to get our room key reprogrammed because someone attempted to enter our room. No apology.”

“I checked in with my family to find the parking lot with a homeless encampment in the bushes and another person living in his car. Our room smelled of urine and marijuana and my son’s room had been smoked in. These were non smoking rooms. So we never stayed and left and went to another hotel.”
