“There was no one at the facility! I happened to run into an employee dropping by and he pointed me toward a room that had been prepared: there was no formal check-in or check-out at all! ROom was clean and well prepared. No food within a half hour drive (the restaurant advertised was closed).”

“Our stay at Catskill Seasons exceeded our expectations. The room was just wonderful, clean, large, and with pleasant decoration. The kitchen had everything, we also had a great shower, and everything in the room was of top quality. We were surprised. We did not even bother with the TV not working, because what we really wanted was peace and quiet, to be away from the news. “Bed bugs. My adult son was bit up pretty good. I have pictures. No one assisted us to bag up our clothes and belongings that were there. No one came up to the room to start bagging up the bedding or anything. I had to pay to use the commercial washer and dryer to wash the clothes that were in the room. I asked to speak with the manager but was told that he was not there, but they would have him contact me. Nothing yet. We should be reimbursed for our stay to say the least.”
