• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • There are stairs leading up to the unit • Smoking is not permitted • Guest ages 25+ unless family groups • Parking: Garage access, 1 spot available and additional street parking available for guests • There is AC/Heat in this unit • 1 pet may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150. • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
