Questa meravigliosa vacanza è alimentata dal proprio sistema solare elettrico. Il sistema solare montato sul tetto fornisce tutte le esigenze energetiche della proprietà. Questo studio luminoso e arioso è completamente arredato (lenzuola, asciugamani, ecc.) Con aria condizionata, pavimenti in legno e una portafinestra sul vostro patio. C'è un letto king-size, un angolo cottura, forno a microonde, frigorifero di dimensioni complete, acqua filtrata, lavastoviglie, piano cottura ad induzione, bagno completo con doppi soffioni.

Macchina da caffè e macinacaffè con caffè e latte fresco. Il frigorifero è fornito di Coca-Cola e anche la birra ha l'acqua filtrata ... Vieni a dare un'occhiata al mini (2 buche) che mette verde nel cortile sul retro. Inoltre, abbiamo creato un mazzo di 3 piani sul quale puoi rilassarti e goderti un tranquillo e bellissimo tramonto a San Diego. Ci sono 2 tavole da surf e asciugamani da spiaggia, ombrello e un dispositivo di raffreddamento per mantenere le vostre bevande fredde.
Con vista su Mission Bay e sud verso Sea World & Point Loma. Questo è perfetto per farti godere tutte le attività che rendono San Diego la città più bella d'America. Minuti alle nostre spiagge, Sea World, Zoo di San Diego, Little Italy, Balboa Park, The Old Globe Theatre, Petco Park, Coronado, La Jolla, ristoranti e negozi. Facile accesso al Del Mar Racetrack, Lego Land e San Diego Zoo Safari Park. Se stai cercando la posizione perfetta per essere nel mix di cose senza il trambusto e il rumore - questa è la posizione ideale.

Quiet and cozy

The pictures did it justice, it is as it looks in the images provided on the website. The accommodations looked as advertised. The host was very nice and was responsive when I had questions, even offered some of her lemons and limes that were growing on her property.

Just Right!

This studio was exactly what me and my kids needed for our quick trip to San Diego. It was close to all the attractions in San Diego as well as the beaches which made it convenient for us to get more done. Communicating with Aaron and his mother Kathy was easy. They made sure our stay was memorable.

This studio apartment was wonderful. Very clean and well equipped. The rooftop patio is the perfect place for relaxing and the outdoor space below has all you need for outdoor entertainment or a trip to the beach. The host was very responsive to any concerns. I would definitely stay here again

Thoughtful touches

We enjoyed our stay here. Love all of the thoughtful amenities, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and iron and ironing board. Plus snacks and a noise machine and access to beach towels and chairs. Kathy is lovely.

Perfect for an Extended Weekend Not for Two Weeks

We stayed for two weeks too small of a living area for two week stay. We wish we would have been directed to another location. Upper deck would be great in better weather it was unusually cold and windy for our first 11 days - so little use of deck and no use of the barbecue area. Housekeeper was available for a change up of linens after the first week and we appreciated that service. We updated a lamp for the owner (at her experience) since the existing lamp was old and loose providing minimal light for reading. We spent our time at Balboa Park and several museums in the area. The owners were responsive to any request.

Friendly and clean

If you are looking for something simple and clean then look no further. Beachy deco studio with friendly host. It was perfect for my wife and I on a short weekend business trip to the mission Bay Area. I will be using again whenever in town. Thank you!

Lovely Studio in San Diego

I stayed for 3 nights for a work conference. The studio was amazing, truly everything I could ask for on a business trip. There was plenty of space, much more than would be offered at a hotel. I was provided with free drinks and snacks which is always appreciated. The hosts were friendly and alway available. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful. I will definitely stay again if I am back in the area.

Conference stay

I was in San Diego for a conference. Though I accidentally left my driver's license back home in Germany, local transportation system got me everywhere I needed. The room is nicely and creatively decorated and contains everything one needs.

Overall great stay! The only complaint we have is my husband and I are sports fans and we arrived on the first day of a NFL game and there are no local channel offerings or sports. We watched on our phones. And the wifi password is incorrect in the room booklet. The hosts on property were being adorable!

Fantastic location!

This place is close to everything. The property is beautiful, safe, quiet, and has friendly attentive hosts. The room has all of the amenities that you need plus some extra snacks. We loved the rooftop patio, it was perfect for watching fireworks.

Very cute stay!

Loved our stay! We stayed in one of their cute studio. The host and her assistant were so welcoming. They had everything we needed for a beach day. I definitely recommend this stay for a real feel of a San Diego home!

Great Spot Close to the Beach with Awesome Amenities

This property is perfect for those looking to relax close to Mission Bay! There are tons of beach essentials (boogie boards, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.) available and free of use during your stay. The rooftop patio has awesome views of the bay and is a great place to watch the sunset. The room was quiet and comfortable, with free drinks and snacks, which was a bonus! We will absolutely be staying here again next time we are in San Diego!!

Nice stay

Cute little unit.. Loved the washer and dryer! The Murphy bed was comfortable. Only issues were: 1. Bathroom light was on a timer and kept turning off during our short showers 2. Dogs in another unit ( and I believe in owners unit) were parking frequently and late at night 3. Footsteps are very loud from upstairs unit

Spectacular Place, Wonderful Host

I stayed in the studio here and it was absolutely wonderful. The studio has everything you could need and is peaceful. The hosts are so terrific, friendly, and helpful. And the rooftop deck has incredible sprawling views of the Bay all the way to the Pacific with a special treat of SeaWorld fireworks in the evening. I can't recommend this place enough!

Peace and Quiet

Came for a University Sports camp for my kid. Needed a basic place to work and crash at night. The place was great. Clean, perfect location to airport, food, and highway. The view from the roof was phenomenal! Would stay here again!
