Sleeping Arrangements: - 1 bedroom with a California king bed. - 1 bedroom with a Twin bunk bed + 1 Queen bed.
Bathroom Arrangements: - Master bathroom has a tub + a separate shower. -There is a second bathroom off the main living space with a shower.
Kitchen Arrangements: - The bright open kitchen features ocean and beach views, beautiful quartzite counters and stainless steel appliances - It is conveniently connected to the main living space and dining area. - If you love to cook and bake like we do, you`ll find everything you need and plenty of counter space. - Windows over the sink fully open to the bar top on the patio, meaning you can fashion cocktails and snacks inside and simply pass them over. - You’ll also find a wet bar with three additional seats at the bar, facing the ocean
Parking Arrangements: - Your home includes a shared garage with tandem parking for 2 vehicles. - The garage dimensions are: 7.25` high x 32` long x 8` wide.
Property Access: - Key-less Entry: We have a key-less entry system so that you will never have to pick up or keep track of keys. - We will send you door codes via email 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Toys and Entertainment: - Main living area and master bedroom both have a large HD flat screen TV. - Beach toys, body boards, umbrellas, and beach chairs are provided.
If you are looking for a beautiful, well-maintained, fully-stocked condo that is seconds to the most beautiful beach, bay and ocean in the world, this is the place! HOUSE RULES: **Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host without refund.** 1. No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 2. No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation. 3. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 4. Must be 25 years and older to book. 5. No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied. 6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time. 7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind. 8. No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee. 9. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances. 10. All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS) 11. Additional rules may be posted at the property or provided in materials/information at the property.
Rental Agreement Please read and sign the agreement below Guest and Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).
THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.
LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guests shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. If stated in the listing, a Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 80 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 80 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.
OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of number of guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU) Guests, excluding Airbnb reservations, agree that a $500 Pre-Authorization will be held on Guest’s provided credit card to be used as a security deposit. By signing this Agreement, Guest authorizes Host to charge the credit card provided as needed to cover any costs incurred under this Agreement. Again, this DOES NOT apply to Airbnb guests. Credit Card Processing Fees & Cancellations (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU): All reservations are subject to a non-refundable credit card processing fee. If a reservation is canceled within the refund-eligible period, the refund will be issued minus the credit card processing fee, which is equal to 5% of the total reservation amount. These fees are non-refundable as they are charged by the payment processor and cannot be recovered. By booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises, in whole or in part, or to otherwise assign, transfer, or convey any rights under this Agreement to any third party. Guest shall not list or advertise the Premises on any platform or service, nor accept any compensation from any third party in connection with occupancy of or access to the Premises. Any unauthorized subletting or transfer of occupancy rights shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement, entitling Host to immediately terminate this Agreement without refund and to pursue any other remedies available at law or in equity. NO TENANCY; VACATION AND HOLDOVER. Guest expressly acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement creates a limited license to occupy the Premises for the Occupancy Term only, and does not create a tenancy, leasehold interest, or any other possessory right in the Premises under California law or any other applicable law. Guest is a transient occupant and licensee only. No landlord-tenant relationship is created by this Agreement, and Guest shall not be entitled to any of the rights, protections, or procedural requirements afforded to tenants or lessees under California law, including without limitation any notice requirements under the California Civil Code or Code of Civil Procedure. Guest shall vacate the Premises no later than the checkout time on the final date of the Occupancy Term. Time is of the essence with respect to this obligation. Guest waives any and all rights to process, notice, or judicial proceeding as a condition of removal upon expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, any continued occupancy by Guest shall be deemed a trespass, and Host shall be entitled to pursue all available remedies, including immediate removal of Guest and Guest`s belongings from the Premises without further notice. In the event Guest fails to vacate the Premises by the required checkout time, Guest shall be liable for a holdover fee equal to three (3) times the average nightly rate of the reservation (calculated by dividing the total reservation amount by the number of nights booked), for each calendar day or partial day of holdover occupancy. This holdover fee is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other fees, damages, or remedies available to Host under this Agreement or applicable law. Guest acknowledges that this fee is a reasonable estimate of the damages Host will incur as a result of a holdover, including lost bookings, reputational harm, and administrative costs, and does not constitute a penalty.

This corner oceanfront home was absolutely perfect for our stay. The expansive patio was a highlight — ideal for enjoying meals or simply relaxing while taking in the stunning views. The folding glass sliders truly set this home apart, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience with plenty of fresh ocean air. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, and communication was excellent — any questions we had were answered promptly. The location couldn’t be better; we were able to walk to just about everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family getaway
What a fantastic stay!! Our family (4 and 7 year old boys) loved staying right on the beach, waking up every morning to the ocean and watching the sunset at night. There is ample outdoor space - much bigger than other properties. We loved having dinner at the patio table watching the passersby every night. The property is very clean and exactly as pictured. Michael gave us a TON of great recommendations about the area beforehand. We can't wait to come back!

Truly Magical
We could not have imagined a more magical place to stay.Not only is the location ideal, but the house is incredible. We spent mornings and evenings sitting outside enjoying the sunshine, people, and waves. When it got too cold, we headed inside and still got to enjoy the magic due to all of the glass doors and windows. The view … the view! We would stay here again in a heartbeat; pure magic!

nice oceanfront stay
Overall great stay and as advertised. My contact with management was minimal by my choosing, they made everything very easy so I did not need to contact them. The garage is shared and a bit tough to park a larger car in and the lower bunk bed was not comfortable. Otherwise the location is great and the home is nicer than most. Would recommend as long as an adult does not need to sleep on the bunk beds.

Gorgeous home, perfect location
My 4 girls and I surprised my husband with a stay for his 40th. The place was awesome! We loved that you can open all of the doors and feel like your living room expanded to the already huge patio. It was clean, spacious, and beautiful. We walked to Belmont, Crystal Pier, and along the bay. We didn’t even have to use the car, which was great. We are already trying to plan our next stay! Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

Beautiful place, with lots of windows. All the doors did not open like shown in listing. However, there was still more doors and windows that created a beautiful view with nice ocean breeze. Did not see there was AC., but not needed in Sept. Michael was very prompt on helping to return an item left behind. Will stay again!
