This remodeled condo is perfect for those who would like to participate in exciting, daily activities in Pacific Beach, but come back to a clean, large dwelling to relax later in the day! Enjoy a workspace away from home, complete with fast internet and a nice large work area.
Bedroom #1 has a California King, large closets with ceiling-to-floor mirrors, plenty of hangers, iron and ironing board. The hamper, clothes detergent, and dryer sheets are also located in the closet.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, large closet with ceiling-to-floor mirrors, drawers, plenty of hangers, and playpen, highchair, beach chairs, boogey boards, and all the toys necessary to enjoy the beach.
Living Room: Large LG smart tv with access to cable and Netflix. The sofa is a pullout bed for two, with an ottoman. The bookcase is stocked with interesting books, board games, and playing cards.
Parking: (marked 209) assigned parking space in the west side of the garage close to elevator. This unit accommodates one small to medium sized vehicle in a garage. **Please note that access can be tight and large vehicles will probably not be able to maneuver into and out of the garage. **If you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of free parking in the area. Keep in mind that at peak hours, including holidays and summer weekends, you may need to park a block or two away.
Washer/Dryer at the coin/credit card operated laundry facilities downstairs in the southwest corner of the parking garage. Clothing detergent, clothes hamper, and dryer sheets in your unit.
Kitchen is equipped with everything you need: pots/pans, utensils, spices, stainless steel dishwasher, sink, microwave, fridge, stove & oven. We also have available a coffee pot, blender, toaster, hand-mixer, and knives, all the kitchen accessories you need to cook at home! There are plenty of paper towels, dish towels, cleaning supplies, dish soap, detergent, sponge, etc.
For your beach time, we offer boogie boards, beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, a beach mat, and referrals to rent beach cruisers, surfboards, and paddle boards!
Complimentary high-speed WIFI works throughout the unit.
Bathroom is stocked with toiletries – shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bath towels.
CLEAN!- Condo is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly after guests depart. All bed linens, towels, and beach towels are completely changed out between reservations.
The convenient location is 2 miles from SeaWorld, 3 miles from Old Town, and just 7-9 miles from the Gaslamp District, Little Italy, and the world famous San Diego Zoo in lovely Balboa Park. Come enjoy all San Diego has to offer along with the best weather in the nation!
Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)
*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!
It is important for you to read all the details about your property. We highlight everything you need to know about your vacation rental in our listing, through emails, some home manuals, in-home signage and phone correspondence. Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit along with the House Rules & Rental Agreement. The check-in details will not be shared until the rental agreement has been signed.
Attention Guests: In addition to completing our electronic rental agreement, you will also be required to participate in our identity verification process. The service is offered through Autohost; an intelligent guest screening software that automates ID verifications, background and credit checks, security deposits and more, helping to improve guest experience and safety. Please note: for the credit card verification, a $2 hold will be placed on the card to run the report. This hold will never process and will fall off automatically within 7 days. If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a 'starter kit' to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store. We can provide a portable a/c for an additional fee, contingent on availability. Please contact us to reserve one in our limited inventory as soon as possible. Deliveries are scheduled 24 hours in advance.
Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.
While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.
In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

Holiday 2024 Policy: 6 night minimum AND Saturday check-in is REQUIRED during our holiday season (December 21-January 4). One reservation CANNOT take both holidays, unless it is a 2-week reservation. There are no arrivals OR departures on Christmas or New Year's Day. *An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!
Summer 2024 Policy: Beginning Memorial Day to Labor Day, Saturday to Saturday is required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2024, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.
Last Minute Booking Policy: If a guest books with us directly or on any OTA such as Airbnb and VRBO, within 72 hours of arrival, verification credentials are required. By making a payment on the reservation, the guest agrees to comply with our last minute booking policy.
To properly vet a guest with such short notice requires the following; a “selfie” photo specifically of the booking guest's face and holding either a Driver's License, Passport or State ID photo under their chin. We are just looking for a name to match and the photo on the ID to match that of the person in the selfie. This can be sent by email or text to our company email address. Additionally, we need to confirm guest details such as, payment, contact information, applicable check-in time, number of guests and ages, any pets, etc.
This process is required, and if a guest refuses to comply then the reservation will be canceled. We have found this procedure to be successful in avoiding fraud, and protecting all parties! We appreciate your cooperation and we are available to help with any questions.
Nightly Minimum Policy: 4 night minimum required in the off season. 6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option. (Please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!)
Arrival/Departure Policy: Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From Memorial Day through Labor Day, check-in is at 4pm) Check out time is 11 am.
Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call!
Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.
Rate Policy: Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!

Excellent location!! Loved hearing the waves crashing while sleeping.

The location cannot be beat. Steps away from the beach and while you can only see the ocean from a side angle, you can hear the waves. (You also hear all other noises which makes sleeping with windows open tricky). You're right on top the neighbors, you can see into their bathroom but again, location. The fans were amazing, garage was a huge plus (Jeep Cherokee fit fine). Towels super soft, beds so comfortable. Cons: The place is in dire need of a paint job. It's very worn to the point where it feels dirty (but it wasnt). The worst part was our check out day. We went to breakfast and were locked out by 9:15am. (I had read this from a previous review). Of course, it was a Saturday so we had to call the emergency line and got their D-list staff. This girl was not helpful, didnt really know what to do and gave me a new code. When that didnt work it was as if she didnt believe me and kept asking if I was pulling the door all the way shut to enter the code. It was extremely frustrating given we had a toddler that had to poop and a flight to east coast to catch immediately after breakfast. Eventually she told us there was a lock box, but couldnt tell us how to use it NOR did that key even work! The maintenance guy came and got us in. It was extremely stressful. The VP called a few days later and left a very nice voicemail but didn’t return my call after that.

Loved the location and size of the rental. Walls appeared dirty and beds still had sand in them. Overall was not a bad experience. Would stay again.

Checkout time was 11:00 am on 11/29/21. We went for a walk before the.n and returned at about 9:30. When we returned we could no longer access the room. I tried the San Diego Realty / Nancy’s numbers but we could not reach ANYONE. It really frustrated me when we listen to a recording, it says to press 0 for extra help and instead it just said the same thing again..press 0 for immediate help. That is awful that you offer that and then you don’t really have a way to get the help. After calling and emailing different number/addresses for 30 minutes , someone gave us a new code. He got one of the emails that we sent. To top it off someone called us at 11:30 and said the cleaners could not get in because we were still there. We have been out since 10:15! Someone has to get their act together on checking out of the unit.

Great condo, beautiful decorations. Unfortunately, the Hot tub was closed entire time. The condo was very hot., no breeze, it was a side unit. Portable AC was offered for another high charge. The location is perfect. Surround by all the restaurants and bars. It is ocean front, just with a lot of stairs. The homeless that live on the grass around the building were pretty friendly.
