No microwave to reheat leftovers
Scalding hot water in the shower of our connecting room/family suite that was reported at the beginning of our stay and nothing done to remedy the problem.
Needs more hooks in bathroom or outside rooms for wet towels/bathing suits.”

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio .
Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

“Will be back most definitely, they will make you feel at home, give you privacy yet there when you need them! Only thing that was a little inconvenient at some times was the gate going in and out of the property.. they should consider either remotes for each room or just a better system rather than having to call or text and wait for one of the staff to open it… otherwise it was amazing and great location!!”

“When approaching the property we were a bit uncertain as to whether or not we were at the right location or not. We were then approached by an employee and let into the building. To my surprise a super neat somewhat modern and industrial atmosphere inside. The place was well kept and easy to navigate. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Overall we would stay there again!”
