The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 3 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $25 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 5.

Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergies.
The driveway behind the garage and the garage itself are reserved for the owner's belongings and are not accessible to guests. However, guests are welcome to park in the front driveway.
