Horrible experience

We had book this vrbo for a month. A day prior to our reservation I decided to contact the host but she did not return my message. I had called her and she did not return the call. Minutes after the phone call I received a message from the host saying she had to cancel my reservation A DAY PRIOR to our reservation. We had to scramble to find another hotel. I messaged the host expressing my frustration, and unsurprisingly, she did not acknowledge my message. I hope others had a different experience.

What an amazing home and area

Karen and family were tremendously helpful and were always so quick to help us with any questions that we had. They went over and beyond with all the help that they provided us when we asked their home is beautiful and was a perfect place for our family to be and would be great for anyone.!
