Very good, but
We had plenty of room and enjoyed the house and hot tub. Good neighborhood near highway 85. We contacted the host about a small problem and received a visit and resolution the same day. The refrigerator / freezer size surprised us (smaller than for typical kitchen, bigger than hotel room fridge) but adequate. Most AC receptacles are 2-prong only (no ground pin), but one in the dining room is 3-prong. There's a Radio Shack 2- to 3-prong adapter in the garage, dirty but adequate. Dishwasher has "DO NOT USE (OUT OF ORDER) SORRY..." sign; since it looks like it's been there a while, it would have been nice to know before arrival. Hot tub temperature is good; jet weak but adequate. 2-car garage has washer and dryer. Instructions say don't park in garage, but there's plenty of driveway and street parking. Kitchen trash bin is under cabinet; I put hand on corner of cabinet each time I use it to remember not to hit my head. There was a package and mail for the host throughout our stay; it didn't bother us. I left it outside since I didn't see related instructions. Storage areas are fine, but you need to bring your own hangers (would have been nice to know) and observe the "Please do not slide open, doors off track" warnings. Good central heating; no air conditioning, but none is needed this January. We would stay here again but arrive better prepared.
