This wonderful 8 BR home comfortably accommodating 16 total guests! Its equipped with 6 BR/ 3 baths in main floor unit, massive living area, fully equipped kitchen, and comfy dining area. Also, downstair’s attached a cute private suite thathas 2 BR/ 1 bath with it's ownkitchenette/ living area.

Don’t get lost in the fancy big backyard to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner with your loved ones, along with fun activities such as pool table, etc!

You have a full access to the whole entire house.

Traditional style combined with modern amenities, this open house concept makes sure you will have the ultimate guest experience! Big living area with all the amenities like a comfy couch to sit back and relax and a big TV screen to watch your favorite shows on a lazy evening!

If you feel like preparing something to eat, the fully equipped kitchen is there waiting for you. Have fun cooking your loved ones' favorite dish using all amenities available. Anything you will possibly need is there. To enjoy your delicious homemade food, the dining area is conveniently close to the kitchen so go ahead, take your seats and get ready for your taste experience while watching your favorite show.Wide dining table for 8 and a modern peninsula with bar stools are waiting for you and your guests!

Eight airy bedrooms with comfortable beds, guarantee a good night’s sleep for everyone. (The 2 bedrooms are located on a private suite attached to the house with separate living area and kitchenette) Feel free to give in rejuvenating naps preparing you for the ultimate excursion in the neighborhood. The bedrooms’ decoration is also state of the art. Stylish furniture with elegant characteristics and modern touch ups will make you adore every inch of your resting areas!

Last but not least are the bathrooms. Incredibly spacious and spotless, offering all essentials needed to elevate your bathing experience. Enjoy a sensational hot tubor a refreshing rain shower. Relax your muscles completely after an adventurous day spent at the top sights of the city in this extravagant space! You will want to stay here forever!

Washer and dryer are also available in the house. Don’t worry too much about laundry!

One more thing! There is a big backyard behind the house with a massive couch, fire place, andpool table and outdoor diner area. Let’s all gather here for a tasty launch or a nice conversation! (propanes are available, you just need to refill if you would like to use it)

Outside of home
Not only inside this home is spectacular, but so is outside of the surrounding. We are located between Downtown San Jose and a famous area called Willow Glen. There are so much parking outside of home that you never need to worry about how many cars are visiting the home
About 3 blocks away from home, enjoy public swimming pool at Ant Swim School, beautiful park, playground, basket ball court/ sports court, also bycicles to rent! Bike to the beauriful downtown Willow Glen and enjoy Palm Haven along the way!

We had a wonderful time; there were 12 of us; friends and families; it was spacious enough to have separation when we needed it and nice gathering areas when we wanted. The host responded very quickly to every single question. Everyone was impressed when they entered the house.

There are numerous door key code numbers to different doors including the basement rooms. With a larger group we found we needed to keep inside access doors open to not continually input codes. The intial reaction we had when checking in was the very strong smell of smoke through the home. Smoking is not allowed, yet it was apparent this has not been enforced as there were multiple cigarette pieces in a dustpan outside the back door. We found the unit to be extremely dirty. There were cobwebs in windows, dirty floor rugs, sticky film on all hardwood flooring, orange mildew in all bathrooms, footprints and dirt on walls, a rusty BBQ, gargabe in the backyard, a dirty sponge for the kitchen sink and no extra toliet paper, paper towel or garbage bags suppied. The outside grabage cans were full on arrival so could not be used. The freezer handle was loose and the bar in the kitchen had not been reinforced for use. The list goes on....we contacted the owner who did send us toliet paper, paper towels and gargbage bags and told us we could buy supplies at a nearby store under his name. He was certain his cleaning staff had been there until late the night before and he gave us access to a cleaning supply closet that ended up having items including dirty wet towels inside. He offered to have the cleaners come, however with our schedule and group size this would have been to difficult. We have stayed in many wonderful VRBO rentals, unfortunately this was a dissapointment.

We stayed here for business. Very large home and accommodating. Also very clean. We will stay here again.
