“Struttura moderna, camera spaziosa e molto pulita, personale cortese e disponibile, prezzo ottimo e soprattutto posizionato a due passi dal centro di York. Se il parcheggio interno è al completo, la struttura offre la possibilità di posteggiare nel centro commerciale adiacente ad un prezzo di circa 8 euro per 24H. Consigliatissimo”

“The room was clean and tidy and easy location to find. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking. The breakfast was good but there were no gluten free options out, I always had to ask”

“Well located and the restaurant was really nice and breakfast lovely. Our king suite was located in the loft and was uncomfortably warm. We mentioed to the staff and they brought up an extra air conditioner. This didn’t help much and was far too noisy to sleep with it, so we didn’t sleep well. It definitely needs it’s own dedicated aircon system. The pool changing area was very tired and in need of some attention.”

“This is a beautiful hotel in all aspects! The breakfast was the nicest hotel I have had in a long while and I travel alot!! Perfectly situated for the coast, we visited Scarborough, Robin Hoods Bay and whitby; and for York and Harrogate. Would definately stay here again if we find ourselves in that part of the country again!!”

The room was quite hot, even on a cool day, and were it not for the ability to open the window and use a fan (already in the room) it would have been very comfortable. Decent-sized, comfortable room, the beer 'proper' Yorkshire, and the food was excellent throughout – we could have eaten almost amything on the quite extensive menu.
