“we enjoyed our stay, the only issues we had were the TV in the main living room didn't work and the queen bed downstairs was an air bed and kept deflating in the middle of the night. The unit was well equipped and we did enjoy our stay overall.”

“I was surprised at how nice and spacious the room was. One thing that was tricky was that there wasn’t a lot of information about how things worked in the room. It took me half an hour to figure out how to turn the TVs on. A simple direction sheet would’ve been a big help. It took a while to figure out the Wi-Fi as well. “There was black mold in the windows which were difficult to open and close. The bathroom fan didn't work (which explains the mold). The shower didn't get hot. The sink drained very slowly. No working AC. I will never stay here again.”

“We always our stay at The Lodge at Vail. We always ask to be in their new section, lux room, Mountain View.. Those rooms are really nice. We did encounter a couple plumbing issues, like a slow draining shower, shower fixture coming off, etc.. but nothing egregious. The staff is very friendly and we always enjoy having g breakfast at their outdoor patio restaurant. Haven’t been to Elways for dinner, but it looks really nice!”
