The minor items that came up were addressed swiftly and the working with us on a later departure couldn’t have gone smoother or been more accommodated. Overall the location has been saved for future family get togethers for years to come! ”

“Dawn is such a great host, very good communication and super friendly. The house is located in a VERY good location, close to everything downtown SB has to offer. The house itself is small and old, but has a lot of charm. The house isn't the cleanest on the planet. I had to re-clean dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty, fold laundry left in the dryer, and clean the fridge out that had a very strong smell coming from it. Other than that, no complaints!”

I texted him that our coffee machine had a glitch and he went and bought a new one for us. Despite the fact that we had other coffee options such as French press and pour over. Very sweet person. He informed me of the amazing history of the house. Loved the clean bathrooms and the new renovation designs of the house. We had a flower arrangement next to each bed....
