“Clean Room and Great area ”

“The pool was ok. I stayed for 2 nights and my room was not cleaned on the following day. Also did not stayed at the room I choosed online.”

“The amenities are awesome but the rooms are showing their age. Paint overspray everywhere, our toilet ran, the shower pull was frozen and the GFCI plug in the bathroom was nonfunctional. They fixed the shower first day but everything else remained. Brautiful setting...”

“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”

“This was a 3 night stay. The room is clean and staff is excellent. The only thing is the linen and towels are not of quality at all. Beds were okay.”

“The room was felty dirty with a pile of food leftovers on a side table, the mattresses had no sheets or bedding and it had a horrible odor, we didn’t stay, the clerk apologized and said that he wrote a note to you, so I can have a full refund ”

“This place is a nightmare. The advertisement was misleading, and the location was terrible. As soon as we entered the parking lot, we saw a naked woman walking . The pictures on the app were nothing like the reality. The pool was filthy, full of mold, and there was no water at all. It was like a pigsty. We decided to leave and go to another hotel, but as we were exiting the parking lot, we saw homeless people fighting. This place is not safe for anyone. And to top it off, the hotel had the...
