“Mechanical system. Very loud. I set to heat - 65. Room was at least 70. It went on all night for 10 seconds but no heat. No way to turn off. Refrigerator. Very loud. Turned it to lowest setting. Still went on all night long. Uncomfortable mattress. No elevator.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. I would encourage visitors to pack ear plugs though. I could hear people coming and going all evening/ night. It wasn't a problem once I got ear plugs though.”

“It was very clean and property was in good shape. It was a little noisy with the roads close by but in a very convenient location. Breakfast was great one day but the next day was extra busy and there wasn’t much available. We would stay again!”

“The room I stayed in smelled very musty but other than that, it was clean. The recliner was very old and worn.”

“The toilet was running when I got to the room so I fixed that. The toilets are short, kind of annoying, and not enough water pressure to empty the toilet, I had to get a plunger. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub worked which was nice.”

“Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile. L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale...

“Had to make last minute overnight reservation, Our stay was delightful. Staff was wonderful and went above and beyond making our stay of a family of 5 comfortable and convenient for our needs. Room was big and spacious making our stay enjoyable not stuffy. The sofa bed is what did it for us. (my family of five really appreciates that) Breakfast was great. Key card holder held information about the hotel that was greatly appreciated i.e wifi pool and breakfast hours etc. I appreciated that...

“It was a very nice room. The hot water was out when we arrived but was fixed in the morning. The A/C did not work right. The water in the shower switched from ice cold to scalding hot”

“Took forever for water to get hot and the pressure was weak. No coffee maker in room.Not a smart TV so all you had was a few local channels”

“The room was very comfortable and clean the shower was great lots of hot water and pressure the staff especially Danny was very friendly and informative. The location is excellent. It’s about 15 minutes off the freeway but very easy to get to and once there this a great number of restaurants and assorted retail including Red lobster Texas Roadhouse Costco and a Krispy Cream all within 5 min. Near the university all in all will stay again”
