“Even though there is obvious work going on at the hotel, the room was quiet and pleasant. Breakfast was nice and had plenty of choice. Even had veggie sausages which ive not seen before. We had a free room upgrade which was a ni e surprise. The staff were pleasant and polite. Highly recommended. ”

“It’s always tricky looking for family rooms for older children, it was fantastic to have a separate room for the two kids. The rooms are stylish and spotlessly clean.10 minute stroll into Chester centre along the canal. The hotel has a lovely friendly vibe with a great lobby/bar area with games and another upstairs with a pool table and a few arcade games. The staff were super friendly and inviting. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!!”

“2 night stay on business in the area, rooms are a really nice standard and modern feel. Good the tv can stream Netflix etc from your mobile and WiFi is good. Beds are comfy and didn’t hear much noise from others at all so good night sleep. Air con didn’t feel like it was doing much, it is a decent looking unit but the digital control didn’t seem to change the temperature. ”

"La nostra esperienza è stata fantastica! L’hotel è molto caratteristico, il personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. La stanza poi è stata una favolosa sopresa, abbiamo avuto una superiore alla nostra prenotazione. Era immensa! La posizione è perfetta per girare il centro di Liverpool. La colazione inclusa è stata eccezionale. Ritornerei sicuramente! "
